| Many of my customers with Yahoo email addresses seem to be having trouble receiving their emails with the links to download the designs they ordered. Please follow the instructions below to ensure you do receive my emails. | |
| Log into your Yahoo account. Click on "Options" (right-hand side)

| You should now see a screen similar to this.
Click on "Spam Protection"
|

| Under "Spam Filter," check "Save these messages in the Bulk Folder" (you can select a different time length to save the messages). NOTE: After making these changes, your email may still be put in the Spam/Bulk folder, but at least you will be able to open it. If you have it set to "immediately delete" you will not have access to it.

| To add my emails to your "Contacts," follow these instructions: Log into your Yahoo email account. Click on "Contacts" |

| Click on "Add a new contact" |

In the "Email" box, type in: cbauer50@aol.com
(just copy & paste email
address) Click on "Save and Add Another" Add: orders@designssewfine.com (just copy & paste email address) click on "Save"
